1.      Tudor Rose Costume Design is and online site offering a made to measure authentic costume service.

 

 

 

2.      All fabrics used are modern fabrics made to authentic designs, the wearing, laundry and care of these costumes are specific to each one, please ask for details on purchase. All items are finished based on the measurements you have given please check your measurements prior to ordering.

 

3.      The pricing of the costumes depends on size, design and postage, when you place your order we will raise an invoice detailing costs, once the deposit has been taken you have entered into a contract with Tudor Rose Costumes to complete the transaction and accept the goods.

 

 

4.      Delivery will be within 21 days unless otherwise stated. Delivery will be by Royal Mail Parcel Force to the address supplied. If the costume is to go to a third party we require the address and instructions in writing prior to dispatch.

 

 

5.      Deposit is required on all orders, you have 3 working days cooling off period, the balance is to be paid on completion of the costume it will then be released for postage.

 

6.      Prices on quotes are valid for 30 days only

 

 

7.      after-sales services we will repair, alter or amended but will be charged accordingly, this will be supplied to you in writing before the work is done.
